HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We usually ship orders within 2-3 business days of you ordering (excluding weekends), and delivery may take anywhere between 3-5 business days (depending on where you are). Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

During the pre-sale, the shipping times will differ. Please refer to header at the top of the page and notes on the checkout section.

WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once we ship your order and a tracking number has been provided, Reggie Hathorn LLC is no longer responsible for the delivery of your product. Make sure you track your product via the USPS tracking number provided. Please contact USPS before contacting us. While will we do our best to assist you, we will not issue a refund nor ship out another free product. Make sure you enter all shipping information and delivery instructions correctly, as we only ship to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process.

We highly recommend you require a signature to release your product to reduce the possibility of theft.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO EXTEND THE LIFE OF MY CANDLE?

The first time you burn your candle, let it burn until the entire surface layer of wax is melted. After burning, trim the candle wicks to ensure that any ashes and burnt sections are thoroughly removed. Also, do not burn candle more than 3-4 hours per burn session.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

In order to be eligible for a return and/or exchange, all products must remain unused and in a re-sellable condition, and must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.  To begin an initiation process, simply email us at info@reggiehathorn.com!

Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable and customers will be responsible for the cost to ship items back to us.

Upon your package’s return, you’ll be notified of any approved or rejected requests for a refund; in the event that you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment within seven (7) business days.

At this time, to protect the safety of both our staff and customers during a global pandemic, we are currently not accepting International returns.  We also reserve the right to reject any return and/or exchange that does not meet conditions outlined above.  Please email us with any questions or concerns - we’re here to help!
 

WHAT KIND OF WAX ARE YOUR CANDLES MADE WITH?

All of our candles are made of a hand poured soy wax.

Our candles are 3.5 inches in height and 3.06 inches in width. Currently all of our candles are 11 oz.
